It's not specified on the official page of the application if it supports 32 bit or 64bit operating mode. On the System Requirements page, only the supported Windows version are listed without architecture mode specification. You can request a trial package of the application to see if it works or not on 64bit systems.

Is CyberLink LabelPrint dangerous for my PC performance?

R
Answer by Robert Polubinski

No, the application isn't dangerous for your computer performance because it has no implication with the operating system. This is a standalone application that's used to print labels and that's it. It consumes memory and space storage on your hard drive, but this is normal.

You can install and use the application on your computer without worries that it might downgrade the performance.

Yes, there are updates to the Cyberlink LabelPrint application. In fact, there is a standalone page developed for this operation. Browse the URL listed below and then download the necessary patch based on the installed version of LabelPrint. In most of the cases, simply download the latest version since it's a cumulative one and already contains the previously released ones.

The software kept the same functionality over the time. The update of new version is that it's now possible to download resources from within the interface of the application. Next to this change, there are bug fixes that were solved with each update released for the software.

When I finish the lay-out and click Print, it says "Use CD/DVD software to print". Why?

S
Answer by Sean Hill

This error occurs because the software shouldn't recommend a burning application for printing purposes. Go to Print, choose the default printer and try printing using the settings. If you have issues with the application, export the label to another format, preferably PNG or JPG, then use your favorite image viewer to print the file. However, LabelPrint is an application that is used to print the content created by it.

Additionally, check the printer for being connected and ready for printing before activating File > Print.
